I have been an art instructor for over a decade and am proudly based in Sacramento. I’m passionate about connecting with people, teaching painting and having fun.

My journey began in India. As a young girl I was always first to volunteer to decorate for celebrations by creating colorful Rangoli designs (traditional design patterns created using powdered colors). At 23, I was the first in my extended family to leave home and move abroad. I forged my own path, attending art school in Oxford. My adventures carried me to London (8 years), Boston (4 years), the Bay Area (3 years), eventually landing me in the Sacramento area in 2021. Along the way, I discovered that sharing my love of art brings me as much joy as creating it. 

I have become an artist dedicated to helping others discover their creative potential. I believe art should be accessible to everyone. My teaching style combines technical guidance with encouragement, kindness, and of course a healthy dose of humor! I've helped everyone from kindergarteners to grandparents, and from corporate executives to bachelorette parties, create artwork they're proud to display. What makes my events special is the connection we build together. Through art, we share stories, build confidence, and create fun memories. The cherry on top is those moments when someone looks at their finished painting with amazement and says, "I can't believe I made this!"
